Modern Boyhood

In sneakers laced with neon dreams,
He runs through screens and real-life scenes;
A modern boy—half sky, half code,
With Wi-Fi wings on every road.

His mornings start with buzzing tones,
Messages lighting up his phone;
A world inside his pocket glows,
Yet only he knows what he knows.

He skateboards through the shifting trends,
Makes reels with laughter, texts his friends;
Between the gym, the games, the grind,
He’s chasing peace he’s yet to find.

A playlist full of hopes and fears,
A heart that beats through teenage years;
He hides the storms behind his eyes,
But still he dreams of open skies.

He scrolls through lives too perfect, bright,
Comparing shadows with their light;
But deep within, a spark still burns—
To find his truth in twists and turns.

He learns that strength is soft and kind,
Not just a mask boys often bind;
That courage blooms when tears are shown,
And “being real” is bravely grown.

He builds his life like Lego towers,
Fails, rebuilds—with double powers;
Each fall a filter he outgrows,
Each rise a story only he knows.

A modern boy in modern times—
Half chaos, half unfinished rhymes;
But every step, each risk he takes,
A stronger, wiser spirit makes.

So here he stands—bold, alive, free—
A boy becoming who he’ll be;
Not just a trend, a face, a name,
But a heartbeat learning its own flame.
